I know just what you mean about the Wilder Gown. I haven’t made it for the same reason but have been tempted because it looks lovely on other people. You’ve saved me a disappointment! I love the Sagebrush Top too and have three now. Genius idea to put it together with matching separates. It’s amazing how it adapts to so many different fabrics.

I've got that fabric with red flowers on yellow. I must admit the feel of it isn't what I had expected. I'd purchased it to make a Heather blazer, but not sure if it'll work. I've been mulling over it for 6 months already 🤣. I'll look forward to seeing how yours turns out.
I have also had issues with the Wilder gown. I have just pulled mine apart to make something else. I love your Sagebrush top and skirt set, very stylish. Ps your hair looks great.
@@SewLikeDotty I have just cut the free Paddington top from the body of the Wildergown top and luckily have enough fabric from when I made it to cut the Paddington sleeves. Looks good and fits well. I only have the hems and neck binding to finish.

Would you say a beginner could give it a go or maybe wait a bit longer 😅 (I've got that book too, can't wait to give it a go!) Oh fabulous getting all those projects sorted out it a good feeling I think the instructions in the book our okay but some of the measurements and it’s clear usually you would have your body measurements and finish garment measurements but I think it only gives you finish garment measurements - you can always message me on instagram happy to help if I can x

Hi Noleen yes Luna is a min pin very typical of the bread, greasy, barky and super cuddly she does make an occasional appearance on my channel x

@@SewLikeDotty yes I did! On one shorted the arm to elbow and I added drawstrings to match! So it had four tied in bows!
