1 to 2 years - 34 to 35 cms
3 to 5 years - 35 to 36 cm
5 to 8 years - 36 to 37 cm
8 to 12 years - 38 to 39 cm
Teenage / Adult - 41 to 43 cm
Start the foundation chain in multiples of 4 +1
