- This vlog is all about the sweet baked goods, well mostly i also made buns. autumn is my favourite season so i went with fall inspired desserts, pumpkin torte, cinnamon buns mixed with the rain that we had just gave me cosy, fall vibes and i was living for it.

I have never realized how much actually goes into be self sustained!!! Growing you own food all the way to making your own buns….the work must be tough and never ending but totally rewarding. Great videos.

We were blessed with about 3" of rain this past week. I think everyone breathed a sigh of sheer relief. In the early morning hours today a home not far from here caught on fire. My scanner was going off to summons 3 fire departments to the location. I've been thru a house fire so I know how terrifying it is for this family. We do not know the residents but we'd like to help them if possible, starting, though, with prayer.
I'm glad you got rain and that is devastating about the fires i do hope everyone is ok and i'll keep them in my prayers 😊

My sisters and I learned how to make cinnamon buns for the Jewish new year. We lol them with butter, cinnamon and sugar, pecan bits and small chocolate chips. I pain before we put the rolls in, the bottom is filled it’s butter, brown sugar and a whole pecan piece. We call it schneken

I always love your videos, specially love watching your videos when I can’t sleep which is about 2 o’clock in the morning. I find your videos so calming. Years ago when I first started out in my profession I was a bread baker for a small bread making bakery. My day started at 7:30 at night until 9 o’clock in the morning. It was a very long workday. It was myself and three other people. Baking kitchen is nowhere near as clean as yours.

Love watching your videos, especially the baking. I worked in a pie shop for a out 7 years, all made from scratch, each pie by hand. Thanksgiving time came around and we would have like 600 orders!! Keep up the good work!
