I read this book years ago and it changed my life. I kept journaling on these mistakes and I couldn't believe how much better I felt and how assertive actions changed my life. I lost 65lbs and quit smoking. This book had a major influence. I have stopped journaling and at this stage of my life I feel that I need to get back into it. Great book!

Great episode as always Brian. I like to use a mantra that Wayne Dyer use when you can't control the outside events... "Let go, let God" =) learned this for the book and movie The Shift. Have an awesome weekend and God bless you all.

Hi Brian! As per your recommendation, I just completed a 10-day Vipassana course as taught by S.N. Goenka. I want to thank you for your strong endorsement of the course, as it was, though the most difficult endeavor I've undertaken to date, the most rewarding 10-days of my life. (now just to to maintain the practice ;) ) On that note, have you, and if so, how have you incorporated the practice into your daily meditation sessions with holosync?

Steven Curran Wow. That's amazing, Steve! So happy for you and thanks for sharing!! I haven't used Holosync in years. These days I'm a simple 20 min in the AM + usually a napitaion in the PM. #done :) I've missed 1 day in 7 years. Love the simple consistency. Great video. Regarding points 4 and 5, say if you've identified a problem which isn't your natural talent/strength. Would you still face that problem (point 5) or focus your time on your strengths instead (point 4)? Thanks again for another awesome vid.

frusciante123 I think there's a difference between "problems" that need to be addressed and "opportunities" that we can choose to pursue. We want to quit avoiding problems and wisely choose which opportunities to pursue. Make sense?
