Back in those days, I thought that I didn't grasp the Law of Attraction when really I wasn't even aware of the other laws and how they are all performing in perfect cohesion with each other. I have a problem with believing in something that I would like to manifest that is going to happen in 3D, sometimes I do have very strong faith that I have that certain thing, and then everything goes down again full of fear, worry and doubt. I know it has to do with my life journey which is full of pain, abandoned by the ones I loved and lots of disappointment. Give me advice, please. I do not have any more time to waste. I will give an example, I am trying to manifest SP whom I do care about, whom I have had no contact with in the last three months, it was my choice because I was taken for granted, and he did not take any further actions. I do very well for a while, then I go back to watch him on social media, I get the worry that he might be with someone else or he does not want me anymore, negative thoughts keep increasing, and I do not want to be like that anymore. I want to have real deep faith he is mine, but I do not know how. Thank you
this is where she describes you need more neutral balance in your life. i personally feel as if manifesting an sp- i just don’t believe it’s possible. not in the healthy way you want. (atleast ive never had luck with it) ive manifested cars, multiple apartments, and jobs. i find the best way for getting what you want is, that it’s already yours, so why worry about it ? even if it’s taken away from you, better will come, and you are always safe and protected. just trust. you can never have amazing perfect positivity rainbows 24/7 without falling back down. practice neutralizing. the sun will shine. and it will rain again. keep loving and protecting yourself, after all, you’re all you really have in the end. just you. nothing else.

It means whatever meaning you give to it. I suggest you choose something empowering. As someone who struggled with depression for decades, I suggest you stop putting off making yourself happy. You can be reborn this second if you choose to be. Whatever happens, your reaction to it can serve you as inspiration for positivity, or you can continue to allow it to cripple you and keep you down in suffering. Stop making excuses. Your attitude, your capacity to love, your ability to forgive, to let go, to be present in the moment with gratitude, to choose to have fun, is the biggest factor in your happiness, not your circumstances. Get outside, exercise, meet new people, join a sport, and do whatever it takes to give yourself and your body love and acceptance because you are the way you are right now with no changes.
