Hello Max, I bought a 1990 1600cc which has turned out to be a lemon. I have ordered a B18C type R, hence the reason for watching your video. I watched a few other videos on the same subject but have subscribed to you because you make it look simple enough to want to try, which is encouraging. Nice one buddy. Thanks for the post.
I gotta question if somebody know please help me I got a 96 Acura integra LS I just want to know if I need to remove the Mortal or do I have to remove the transmission together or separate Sorry excuse my ignorance
This engine ended up going back in the car. I have another gsr shortblock that i had disassembled(there is a video of it on my channel). Once i get that block back from the machine shop i will start the assembly
@@maxherman4174 i'm going to start removing my gsr engine and put in to my ek hatch, this weekend, i have never done this before, maybe we can meet some day. I am in Oakland 👌 I
+Gsr Turbo its been a while, i don't remember exactly. Probably where the rolls of chain are, should be in the same section or close. And dont get the fake key chain ones, they'll break. You have to get one rated for the weight your lifting
Didn't realize you were also from CA. I fucking hate smog. You have the hookups or do you actually pass legally? Smog has always been a factor and the main reason why I have not heavily modified my motor.
As long as you can pass the sniffer, and your vacuum lines match the diagram on the underside of your hood there should be no reason to not pass. Other than obviously having a turbo kit or a motor of different displacement like an h22 swap or something. As far as i know
