Thanks dear, for raising the question, you are absolutely right as per IUPAC name it must be 4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenylacetaldehyde and don't say sorry. I was going through research articles where they named the molecule in the wrong way. Good observation 👌👍

My 24 hour urinary neurotransmitter test shows Dopamine normal, norepinephrine is super low, epinephrine normal. I can’t understand why NE can be so low? And I know all my symptoms are low NE related.
HVA, VMA, DOPAC, even 5HIAA low.
Gabba very low, serotonin normal.
Where do you think my issue lies along this chain with such low norepinephrine levels at rest? I can exercise fine and intensely, but at rest I am very low sympathetic tone.
