Due to the constant overflow of news about all the cruel shit that is going on in our modern world we have become a little... desensitized. I think these disgusting lyrics are there to basically say: "What is happening way too often (e.g. child rape by catholic priests) is just as horrible as the shit we are saying right here". Theyre like a studio deathcore version of the swedish death metal band "Aeon" and IA's main members are from the U.K. so theyre much closer to all the catholic controversy, whereas in the U.S, we have bands like Deicide, Morbid Angel, and Malevolent Creation to bash the religious hypocrisy across the bible belt. Good reaction, for the most part, most casual metal heads overlook the lyrics but can hear the nasty in the music entirely, but lyrics are, most of the time, seen way later if its inaudible and disgusting or by aspiring vocalists trying to gurgle their vomit to match the frontman haha \m/
I'm pretty sure that even though IA is a shock value band, they made this song with the intention of calling out priests that abuse children. Since that is usually a pretty disgusting and vile thing to talk about, it fits perfectly into the idea of IA being a band that purely exists to be as disgusting and heavy as humanly possible.
Yeah the lyrics are full satire. They're making fun of bands that try and go too grisly/dark, by turning it up to 11 and making a silly joke about it. But the music is amazing. There is definitely entertainment value in watching you squirm uncomfortably while reading the lyrics to bands like this. The lyrics are intended to do exactly that. I used to get similar reactions when my friends would read the lyrics to some of the more over the top Cannibal Corpse songs back in the Chris Barnes days in the early 90s. While today's lyrical content may be more graphic than ever, the shock value was arguably even higher back then, as people then didn't have instant access to all kinds of depravity (and the desensitization that comes with it) like the internet provides today.

In this style of music, the vocals are usually seen as another instrument. Vocals like this are meant to compliment the aggression of the music and be consistent with the style and atmosphere. They’re an acquired taste. They’re not for everyone. Once you get used to the vocals, listening to it on the regular becomes just like listening to any other genre of music on the regular.
