I love that you showed this on UA-cam. My father-in-law's Mexican. He makes a chamoy wings like you do. But after he glazes the wings with chamoy he puts them in a separate bowl and tosses them around with tajin. Or whatever that stuff is that they line the glasses with that sticks to the chamoy. I'm telling you! You have to try it! It adds a whole new level of wow. 🍻
I don't know if you read another post but I used to wait on your dad at wild oats in Portland Maine and you know I met you and you are so nice. I just really loved your dad he was such a pleasure to wait on and he was just so kind. And he always had good things to say about you. It is very sad when I found out that he had passed. He was a kind and gentle man. Loved to wear his suspenders LOL
