@@JoeKyser Yep made my own for $200 for my RV-7. It's awsome worth every penny (1/10th Best Tug cost). It helps when you are kit plane builder and have degree in mechanical engineeting. I'm referring to myself.
@@gmcjetpilot oh well there you go. I build robotics myself and could easily see building one with no problem for a fraction of the price. That's an impressive price considering batteries, even making your own pack, are quite expensive. I could see spending $200 bucks on those alone.
@@gmcjetpilot electric scoot arounds are the first thing that come to mind if I were to reuse something. Shoot I grab anything and everything and hold onto it. You never know when a project will come up. Makes for good youtube content too lol. Personally you wont find me buying a tug. I would make one too
Having an ALPHA 3 for my XCub is like having a remote for your TV. Not absolutely required, but Darn Nice to have! The thing is wonderful!
I may be a bit partial 😉, but I do love my Alpha! Extremely quick hook up and I’m off, makes moving my Cub so fast and easy.❤️
