Looks so beautiful and fresh. Any tips on drying the lettuce? I never had luck with my salad spinner and gave it away. My lettuce never really dried in it. I thought maybe I had to much in it but even after doing it with a few pieces in it, my lettuce isn’t completely dry. I end up drying every piece individually with a paper towel; this takes a long time. Nothing worse than wet lettuce in a salad.
It looked Clean & Delicious. To make it my own, I would add pepperoncini's. I made a pasta salad last night that was very similar but had pasta instead of lettuce. I think your dressing would work very well with pasta salad.

Looks great! I only wish I didn’t have an allergy to onions, red causing the greatest issue for me. I think it will be just as good without the onion though.
This salad looks super nice and I will definitely try it at home. But I would not call it a Greek salad. I have been spending my summer vacations in Greece for more than 15 years and I have eaten tons of Greek salad - they do not put any lettuce or chickpeas in it.
