this probably wont be seen but my dad and I went on a hiking trip yesterday. It was one of the physically hardest things we had ever experienced (im 13 and he is 46). we had to hike 4 mountains in 1 day, we walked almost 10 miles in 8 hours. The last mountain on the first day pushed us to our limit physically and mentally. We ate very little food. On the second day we ate nothing for breakfast and we just started to walk we had to go through multiple rivers, we forgot to pack sandals so we had to go through them barefoot until we had enough and we just wore our shoes through water some were even knee height. We ended up having enough and we found a road and we ending up walking it because we were so tired and it was flat. We made it to a area where we could sit down. We planned to walk back to the truck which would have taken 5 hours plus, we were both scared but thankfully we were able to hitchhike and the nicest guy in the world was able to take us most of the way an we only had to walk for 1 and a half hours for 4.5 miles. Had it not been for that man we could have maybe died out in the wilderness.

Sadly drifted apart from the person I was seeing (who cares though more time for gym 💪💪). It’s been I don’t even know how many years since my weight has been where it currently is. I’m literally not even overweight any more, forget fat. I don’t quite have abs fully yet but they’re starting to pop a bit (still crazy to see). I’m physically stronger to a point that was unimaginable to me a year ago. I do reps now with a weight higher than my old PR on bench press now lol. I’ve made more progress in my life in the last year than like all the years prior to that combined. A year ago I had horrible depression, and severe anxiety. At this point I can honestly say the depression is cured, I feel like I have a strong sense of purpose now. And the anxiety is so much better, due to me forcing myself out of my comfort zone whenever I get the chance nowadays. Even started a business lol.
Well kings that’s the jist of it for the most part. Listen though before I go again to anyone reading this, I obviously don’t know you, and I don’t know what your going through, but I need you to understand that truly where there’s a will there’s a way. I know you might not see right now how going to the gym/stepping out of your comfort zone, etc, is gonna help, and or solve whatever your dealing with in life right now, but I ask you this, what do you have to lose? Worst case scenario you’ll simply just get stronger. Until next time kings.

This one may be favorite video of all in this "genre". Because it also shows dads/brothers saving their children/siblings from accidents. It's a good demonstration, that you don't need to have freakishly elite genetics or use steroids to be a hero and inspiration to someone, especially to your own family. Nice touch and range of examples from mythos, to elites, to average people having in common strive for higher ideals, for some country, for some glory, for some family.

Obvious he’s an extreme example but dedicating your life to get somewhere career wise for your family or people in your area is as much of an alpha existence as building your body like a god

In my nation, only Men are forced to work in the military for 2 years (or do other community services for like 3 years) without any benefits provided for the time and effort after you come back to the society to get a job and get a proper life, while the Women are free from this responsibility.
Those 2 years of the 20s are so valuable and it is so painful that those 2 years have to be taken away from your life regardless of your own will.
But I'll never be mad for being born a man to this world. Even if mandatory military service was DOUBLE the current length, I have no regrets and I rejoice that I am a man for I wish to bring good to the world like many great man before me.

This is the definitive edit of this movement. It peerfectly encapsulates everything wrong with out society and beautifully exemplifies the standards we all, as men, should strive for by using clipsof some of the many giants of our time across sport, science and culture. And of course, the song choice is just the cherry to top off this work of art. Stay strong lads! And never falter! Set your sights sky high and work for that life you know you are damn well capable of achieving!🤜🤛

I was 42kg (90lbs) weak, skinny and an insecure 14 year old
Im now 62kg (140lbs) much stronger, less skinny, happier and a more confident 16 year old.
I still have a lot of progress left to reach my full potential but IM NOT STOPPING.

“Hard times create strong men, strong men create good times, good times create weak men, and weak mean create hard times.” It is way over-due, we need to step up as men.
