Also I no longer go to the gym weekly. I typically go about 3 times a week nowadays. I’ve also started seeing someone now. This journey is far from over, it’s merely just began, but it hasn’t been a bad start. Bye again for now everyone. 13 month update: Hey guys. I’m honestly surprised people are still commenting on this, but since they are figured I’d come back. Sadly drifted apart from the person I was seeing (who cares though more time for gym 💪💪). I don’t quite have abs fully yet but they’re starting to pop a bit (still crazy to see). I’m physically stronger to a point that was unimaginable to me a year ago. I do reps now with a weight higher than my old PR on bench press now lol. I’ve made more progress in my life in the last year than like all the years prior to that combined. A year ago I had horrible depression, and severe anxiety. At this point I can honestly say the depression is cured, I feel like I have a strong sense of purpose now. Worst case scenario you’ll simply just get stronger. Until next time kings.

Started watching these embrace masculinity type videos only a month ago. Didn't even know Zyzz before this. But this motivated me enough to get off the bed and do something about my life. I am 21, over 80 kg weight and just 5'5 in height. Did basic exercises for 10 days and started doing Igor Voitenko's 0 to 100 workout program. Only been two days since I started it and my body is hurting like hell. But that's not gonna stop me. Wish me luck brothers so that I can continue on this journey and stand beside y'all one day. Will update if I get the chance.
Same brah, I don't like the discipline they taught us in school, but I like the idea of doing things even if you hate it to get the work done. It helps me
School is destructive because among other things, it makes kids consider the word “discipline” as something to be afraid of. It’s why they grow up to be the way they are now. Kids should know that discipline sets you free and makes you powerful once you master it. It wasn’t until I left that shitshow called “high school” that I started learning that.
school makes children weak, its part of the wagie life path, give your formative years away sitting on chairs learning almost nothing but useless nonsense, spending all your energy on just staring at a white board/screen so that one day you can stare at screens for most of your day as well. "needing" someone else to keep yourself disciplined, you never become a free man following this path.
@@howardstrike8753 I like that. It is ok to be sad Or cry. It is ok if you are weak. It is ok if you are not the greatest. But even so I guess we have to try. It reminds me of a quote I once heard. Perfection may not be attainable. But that does not mean we should not strive for it
Four years ago I gained 90 lbs when my first business failed. Lost my gf, lost most friends, lived in a hotel room the size of a bathroom. I'm 40 days away from my first marathon, the business has totally been revamped and I never think of my ex. Keep going. I'll die before I give up on my goals
I'm a girl and those videos gave me the motivation to go to the gym. I'm just two weeks but not planning to leave. I'm not even a chubby person but I need muscles dudes, I'm young I must reach my limits and know how much I can go
Muscle girls for the win. Don't let people saying that girl who are muscular aren't good looking stop you. They only think that because they're weaker than them^^
Good stuff! I was mentally and physically weak. I'm 5'7, I was with 107kg (45% body fat). Now I'm 76kg (8% body fat), got a job, making my girlfriend a happy woman and planning our marriage. This is just the beggining.
I’m so happy I discovered zyzz and his following. His legacy. Was depressed for so long and didn’t know why. I was brain washed into believing being a man is a sin. F*** modernity and weak minded people. It’s one thing to live your life as a worthless POS. It’s another to force or influence others into that way of life. Keep your mediocrity to yourself. Let the rest of us brahs live our lives. We’re all gonna make it brahs!
I know this video is aimed towards men, but as a woman this video is making me feel more motivated than ever. I started working out yesterday after taking some time to create a routine and it feels like all my limbs are going to fall off. I can’t wait to see how strong I will become through discipline and hard work. Good work to all you out there getting stronger every day and never give up, my brothers!
I am loving this new flow of videos. Motivating and encouraging people to become stronger. Don't forget brahs, being weak is not something to be ashamed of... staying weak is.
Love the dad parts in between, it shows that a true man is not someone who has just one night stands his whole life, but takes responsibility for his wife and family!
I love the normal human scenes in here, preventing his baby from falling or saving a child. Being a man isn't always about being the strongest but about taking action 💯

What i understood: Don't give up on your adventures, even if you have to take big risks
Every bodily function starts at your brain. So it makes sense that mental health is the cornerstone of getting yourself to do anything. If you want to be disciplined, legendary, or push yourself past your limits, you NEED to prioritize mental health before anything.

@Prometheus Defiant Thank you for your words man, that is absolutely true. I have kind of come to be grateful for my struggles. They made me more persevering and strong.
I envy the determination you guys have. I’ve recently started trying to workout for at least 30 minutes a day and just trying to do things that can help me better myself but i’m very inconsistent. Its hard for me to maintain these things on a daily basis. You guys are amazing
The Important thing is that you started. Trust me, after some time it'll become easier to stay consistent. Never lose sight of your end goal! Greatness is coming.
The best way is to mix up personal preferences, freedom and causality with discipline. So you don't remain freely inconsistent, but you don't overdo the discipline part either, a good balance of duty and fun in a way
I found its better to start small and take small steps. My grind explained it like a ladder. If you have lots of rungs close together you can reach the next one. If you have them too far apart you’ll never reach the next level
I went from 120kg (260lbs) to 99kg(218lbs) in 6 months. These help me staying motivated going further! Due to knee problems I can't run and used it as an excuse to be fat and weak. Currently I am riding the bicycle to work each day 70km! Never give up! It is ok to be weak, but not to stay weak!
I love how you don't just show traditional depictions of masculinity (muscular and athletic men), but also just people achieving their dreams through hard work (e.g. Elon Musk) and protecting those they love (Dads saving their kids from dangerous situations).

this probably wont be seen but my dad and I went on a hiking trip yesterday. It was one of the physically hardest things we had ever experienced (im 13 and he is 46). we had to hike 4 mountains in 1 day, we walked almost 10 miles in 8 hours. The last mountain on the first day pushed us to our limit physically and mentally. We ate very little food. On the second day we ate nothing for breakfast and we just started to walk we had to go through multiple rivers, we forgot to pack sandals so we had to go through them barefoot until we had enough and we just wore our shoes through water some were even knee height. We ended up having enough and we found a road and we ending up walking it because we were so tired and it was flat. We made it to a area where we could sit down. We planned to walk back to the truck which would have taken 5 hours plus, we were both scared but thankfully we were able to hitchhike and the nicest guy in the world was able to take us most of the way an we only had to walk for 1 and a half hours for 4.5 miles. Had it not been for that man we could have maybe died out in the wilderness.

First of all I started taking mental health seriously, and got support for problems of mine. Also I no longer go to the gym weekly. I typically go about 3 times a week nowadays. I’ve also started seeing someone now. This journey is far from over, it’s merely just began, but it hasn’t been a bad start. Bye again for now everyone.
13 month update:
Hey guys. I’m honestly surprised people are still commenting on this, but since they are figured I’d come back. Sadly drifted apart from the person I was seeing (who cares though more time for gym 💪💪). It’s been I don’t even know how many years since my weight has been where it currently is. I’m literally not even overweight any more, forget fat. And the anxiety is so much better, due to me forcing myself out of my comfort zone whenever I get the chance nowadays. Even started a business lol.
Well kings that’s the jist of it for the most part. Listen though before I go again to anyone reading this, I obviously don’t know you, and I don’t know what your going through, but I need you to understand that truly where there’s a will there’s a way. I know you might not see right now how going to the gym/stepping out of your comfort zone, etc, is gonna help, and or solve whatever your dealing with in life right now, but I ask you this, what do you have to lose? Worst case scenario you’ll simply just get stronger. Until next time kings.
Same as me. I don't think I'll relapse this time. We're all gonna make it bruh
It aint a streak now my brother, its your new life, hope you like it. Stay strong 💪 eat well and be happy!
Keep it up king, we're all gonna get up there
Keep going brother, just a little reminder if you ever felt like going back to that unhealthy lifestyle. The moment you feel your muscles pumping, damn its gonna make your day!
I respect all of your effort. Please dont stop pursuing and pushing towards what's difficult! 🙏
Keep it up brother !
See you at the top brah
You can do this king!
You got this Bro ! Don’t stop Don’t listen to all those who laugh at you show what you can do and what you are capable of
I hereby declare the necessity to hear a continuation, My King.
I love the fact that you added people saving kids, respect.
Remember when we got mad when our teachers or parents asked us to be disciplined? I feel like we understand them now more than ever.
"needing" someone else to keep yourself disciplined, you never become a free man following this path.
no, they taught the wrong kind, they wanted us to be disciplined in the ways of modern society.
Its ok to be weak but not to stay weak

Amen!
I like another quote I heard, “ it’s ok to be emotional, but never ok to be weak”
This needs more upvotes.
@@howardstrike8753 I like that. It is ok to be sad Or cry. It is ok if you are weak. It is ok if you are not the greatest. But even so I guess we have to try. It reminds me of a quote I once heard. Perfection may not be attainable. But that does not mean we should not strive for it
As a father of a 3 year old little girl, the "dad reflex" clips are truly motivating. Nice addition.
true masculinity is being a good father

Hoping you keep it up! You're gonna make it brah!
it's the same for everyone bros! you're strong for letting people know you're weak. But you'll be strong, I believe in you.
