I've been on the fitness side of youtube more times than I can count over my lifetime so I have no idea how I'm just now finding out about zyzz. However, I'm so glad I did. The past year and a half has been a particularly dark time in my life, but zyzz gives me hope. As corny as it sounds he gives me hope that if I work at it hard enough I can achieve the body and lifestyle I want, and most importantly to never give up. We've all got a little bit of zyzz in us. But even after that i didnt have confidence until i started running in the dark. And true its not safe. Its was the mental feeling, and it changed my mindset.
