My favorite quick pie. A can of sweetened condensed milk, 1/3 of a cup lemon juice, 8 oz of cream cheese, and a little vanilla. Mix it all up. I'm going to make a pecan, butter, powdered sweetener pie crust. Just put the mixture into the crust and put it in the frig over night. Haven't had it since I went keto because of the condensed milk. Problem solved.

I heard the other day that when the mixture coats the spoon, it is called nappe, which means covering as in tablecloth.
It's going to be delicious in my sons tres leches cake, he isn't keto but the less sugar I feed my family the better!

Just made Carolyn Ketchum’s version for her vanilla ice cream recipe. 😊
Carolyn's recipe is similar but she sprinkles a quarter tsp of Xanthan gum into the mixture once she takes it off the heat. That might be useful if you want your condensed milk to be even thicker.

Mocha cheesecake that I used to make for birthdays and special occasions have been really done it because the condensed milk is this way too sugary I don't want to try to get a mocha cheesecake where it's keto. Thanks so much fir thd great video

I like to make this recipe because my grandson is pre-diabetic and as problems with gluten. As a sweetener I use Pure cane No Calorie Baking Sweetener. Will this work to make the condensed milk. Also where do you purchase Bocha Sweet?

Does Bocha Sweet have any advantages to Allulose in terms of net carbs or glycemic response? I can't find Bocha Sweet in any stores but I have been curious to try it.
It is the most like sugar. Allulose is awesome it just isn’t as sweet

I don't want any artificial sugars. Why do you need any as sugar?
The sugar used isn't artificial, it's a sugar alcohol. It's used because condensed milk is supposed to taste sweet. Don't add it if you would rather not.
NOPE, no butter and condensed milk doesn't use butter either. Cream and allulose that's all
