On the 15th September 1991, Marc Almond played a concert at the Passionskirche, a beautiful church in the Kreuzberg district of Berlin. A simple presentation, just Marc performing stripped to the bone with pianist Martin Watkins. The result was a great audience success as part of the 'Ten Years of Tears' series of concerts performed in unusual venues around the world.

Életem első CD lemeze volt, sajna ennél a számnál elakadt, de feljavítottam, és újra olvasható lett... ez a dal volt rajta az utolsó, és kiszótáraztam, mit énekel :)

Agnes Burnelle was beautiful when she was a young actress. She was the equivalent of Tom Waits in her singing days. Sang many dark cabaret songs like Jacques Prevert, Brecht, and Weill. She was fascinating.

I met the women in the 90s in London after marc almond convention , stevo was with her that night
The chanteuse is Agnes Bernelle, who put out several albums of rather disturbed cabaret music, and also had a background in acting and anti-Nazi activism.
Timmybear disturbed cabaret? unique and fun i like to think.
I consider disturbed a good thing. :)

Agnes was the special guest the first time I saw Marc when he played a show in London’s Heaven. Thanks to this video I now know how old (or young) I was then.
