FISHING AND IGUANA HUNTING CAPTURE CLEAN AND COOK {EPISODE 4} EVERLASTING FISHING TOUR FLORIDA

Everlasting fishing tour episode 4. It’s our third day in Lake Worth, Florida, we take a different route to fish the saltwater this time. we go to a place called snook Islands and try to find the snook. From there we move on to the bridge in Lake Worth and catch a couple of super awesome species. to end the episode, we go to a spillway there and some local fisherman were nice enough to catch an iguana for us. We catch kill clean and cook the iguana. Stay tuned don’t miss this episode.

That is the best way to cook iguana....low and slow in a stew. Too many people try to just grill it. The meat is lean and dry to begin with, and just grilling it makes it like jerky. Cooking low and slow like you did in a stew helps keep the moisture in and break down the connective tissue to make it tender and moist. Excellent job!!!!
