For example, I'm a Nigerian but I'm studying in Cyprus for undergrad and we learn in English only. Do I still need to take the English tests?
Hello zubby My school refused to give me a personal transcript and they want to send to the school direct, how do i skip the transcript part then, till my school sends it.
That’s usually how it is for most Nigerian schools. They won’t send it to you directly. I had to send mine to a Professor friend then I got it from him. That’s what I used as my unofficial transcript while applying.

Multiply your GPA (on 5.0) by 0.8. You’ll get the calculator conversion.

No I don’t know any University that does. But if you evaluate your transcript with WES (for example) then all universities will accept it.
