@@oluwaronke2999 You are not checking well. I know they have on-campus business administration program. I don't think they give a good funding though. Instead, check my videos on the top 29 MBA programs I recommend.
You don't have to state that. If the school doesn't require it, you shouldn't explain why you don't have it. Don't even ask for funding. You only indicate you want funding in the application itself. Check my video on how to craft the perfect personal statement.

In the graduate application, the school will ask you if you want to be considered for assistantships. It's not a separate application. However, when it comes to certain scholarships, you can only apply for it after you have received an admission.

You can book an appointment after you have started the ds-160 form before your I-20.
Why are you against schools with no application fees?
Because of 2 reasons:
- They usually don’t have a good funding
- Too many people apply to such schools so more competition
