There are many scholarships for at least 2.2 in many countries. I have a 3rs class so I couldn't apply for some I came across. I can't remember the school names but there is one I came across for Sweden and Germany, fully funded scholarship without IELTS. Congratulations to you

Pls do you know the Universities in Canada that offer admission to International students with second class lower division?
