2:15 Yep. That tank floats on water. It has, what you call, Amphibious capability. This tank was later replaced by an amphibious Infantry Fighting Vehicle in Indian Army service. Kind of like the US Army's Bradley IFVs. Pakistan has dug up a lot of canals that are purposely aligned along the border to act like a moat or a defensive feature. And this land already has a lot of rivers. As a result, amphibious river/canal crossing operations are a major part of the Indian Army's capability mix. As a result, even the newer armoured vehicles that Indian Army is acquiring are all required to have amphibious capability. This is the reason why the American Stryker APC could not win the Indian Army's contract, because US Army's Stryker APCs can't swim. The contract is instead going to the Indian APC Kestrel/WhAP, which can indeed swim.
