Hungarian Gulyas Soup - Gulyas leves

Today I am making one of our favorite soup,Gulyas.
Tips:
In this video I am using beef stew meat and beef neck bone.
This soup can be made with pork, lamb of chicken.
I prefer more veggies instead of dumplings.
Brussel sprout is a very delicious addition to the soup. Because parsley root is not available in our area I am using parsnip. Kohlrabi is a hard to find vegetable here this is why I substitute it with turnip, which work great.
Adding more water frequently is necessary depending the cut and age of the meat.
Gulyaskrem is a very flavorful addition to the soup, it's optional but I really recommend using in this recipe. I buy mine from Amazon, and will add a link under the ingredients list.
Ingredients:
50 dkg about 1 lb.2oz Beef stew meat (used sirloin center cut)
2 Tbsp pork lard or about 3 Tbsp oil
2 Tbsp Paprika (Hungarian is the best)
1 tsp vegeta (available in Amazon)
1 1/2 Tbsp Gulyaskrem (Amazon)
1 tsp caraway seed
1 small tomato (chopped)
1/2 green pepper (chopped)
1 large onion (diced)
2 large carrot (sliced)
1 large parsnip (sliced)
1 large turnips (cubed)
1 cup chopped parsley
6-8 small brussel sprout (used frozen and added with the potatoes at the end)
2-3 Tbsp tomato paste
Salt
Black pepper
Boiled water (6-8 cups total) depending on the meat cooking time. For start I add 5 cups of water and added more as needed later.
