Great video! But Hatfield Studios is AWFUL! DO NOT GO THERE!!! Stayed there for 2 years, worst experience EVER.

Hey, i heard some people saying that nsfas pays a maximum of R 3.5k for accredited accommodation, and looking at the list of your top 5,the rent is 4k and above. So will nsfas pay for my accredited accommodation rent no matter the price or will it only pay 3.5k and I'll have to pay the rest from my pocket if my rent is above 3.5k?
Heyyy ✨ from what I know its actually a max of R6000 but I would suggest contacting the one you are interested in and asking them how the payment plan is if you're on NSFAS im sure they would love to assist you

That's a shame 😭
Brooklyn house is very tricky to get into. I tried applying as soon as their applications opened last year and they had zero single apartments available. The two bedroom ones were also very limited and filled up quickly. The best shot at getting in there, is going for a four sharing apartment , but you’d also still need to apply as soon as they open their applications - in October as one comment has already mentioned.
