That’s what I was mimicking in the beginning. lol Need to fashion me a holding tank w/ a spout for all that oil. Forgot to mention in my post: that’s 82,194 Gallon capacity w/ that Ten Tanker Consist. Have a great week, Mr. Burns! 👋🏻
Mine traverse all the rails of both inner & outer loops, except into the reverse loop. Things are a bit tight going into there, for such a large train to pass. Glad you’re enjoying the view, John!
Did you do a video on the cleaning process? I did not see one and they look fabulous and I am just getting back into the hobby and most of my stock could use a good cleaning to both the body and trucks. Looking for some simple ideas. Thx
Hi Peter! I did not do an actual video of cleaning this round of rolling stock. Though, I did post a few things about on my fb page as well as on the ogr forum. All plastic/ painted bodies get washed w/ dawn dish soap & warm water, using a soft bristle paint brush & a toothbrush to detail their surface/s. As far as trucks & all other metal parts, I have tons of clips showing how I go about cleaning them… Thanks so much for your interest & compliment, Sir! Have fun getting your stuff rail ready!
Great looking string of tankers going around the tracks. But the FM’s look a bit awkward going around the tight turns and turn outs. Shorter engines with less wheel base & overhang on tighter turns for a smoother look. Unfortunately more real estate is necessary for 54 & 72 inch turns.
Gene, while I do appreciate your attempt as a Half Assed Compliment… These Engines WERE made to operate on O31. Which as you see is what the entire main level of the layout is. If you don’t like the way it looks… I can only assume that you’re smart enough to watch something else. Yet, you did choose to waste my time by reading your somewhat rude remarks about my engines & layout, so probably not…
K & R, did you have a meaning behind your what seems to me silly comment? In the future, before wasting your time (or mine), you may want to actually think about what you’re writing & just what it is that you’re trying to say…
@@flintrockvalley I miss something somewhere cause all I saw was silver tank are going around and around with no explanation of why the Silverton cars what you were using it for anything so I was curious
Did you happen to read the clips Description? I do try to write things there to help understand what’s going on, that perhaps aren’t conveyed in said clips.
Very interesting postwar layout here! Those f3s in the background are amazing to see.
Tanks a lot.😜
Love those FM trainmasters. Good runners and pullers. Thanks for sharing.
Glad you enjoyed the ride George!
Nice 😊
Fill 'em up and move 'em out! Great stuff!
