I feel so relaxed when I watch the iron chest master no stress no hassles just great instruction I too am trying to develop natty the only steriods I eat are those in the red meat and chicken and my chest is upper chest weakness ok so train the weak portion first 👌🏽
I never hit the upper and lower in the same day and always every other day . Mirrors work really good to see the maximum flex or pop when your doing exercises and can see if your doing it right . Unfortunately we can't go shirtless at the gym
Hey, Ron! Your videos are great. I will try to make this short! I am 21 years old. I startet lifting "real weights" when I was 15. My form wasn't the greatest. I went heavy on the bench, dipps and shoulder presses. The last 4 years I have had shoulder problems (especially in my right shoulder. In the front of the shoulder. The area you talked about hurting if you do the arnold presses). I have tried to back off the bench press, dipps and so on... I have done some routater cuff ex... blabla... But still, if I do push ups, benchpress, overhead movements, my shoulder quickly responds and it burns and HURTS bad. I can feel it in other movements too (biceps, shoulders and triceps exerzises....). PLEASE HELP. How to fix this pain??? The shoulder problem LIMITS my training.... - Thomas

OK, Ron williams is a really awesome guy, and he definetly knows what he's talking about but he doesn't have that many up front and in action videos... I personally love to watch and love to gain knowledge from "ATHLEAN-X" I do not by any means work for that company or whatever It is but Jeff cavaliere is a physical therapist that can tell you a crap ton of non-bullshit advice!! he's a beast
