Biggest issue with this run is the abundance of drifting. Metwor is a track where you dont need to drift a lot at all, the landing boosts will carry you far. Ur lap 1 start is good but you can do good perfect good instead. Them zigzag off the boost pad and just hop up all the bumps before the snow instead of drifting. Its much faster and easier. Also after the last sc, just hop up that last corner just be careful of the snow. Other than that youve got it down, very impressive to see ur improvement coming so quickly in this game, hoping to see you start keeping up with me at some point
Thanks a bunch for the tips pal, I had considered jumping up the last bumps in previous attempts but I think I kept getting caught in the snow which slowed me down, will take that into account though. Makes sense on the bumps before the snow cuts, a lot of the time I kept getting frame jumps on the snow though so I lost reserves near the ramp, but I'll integrate this into my next attempt, on the road to that 1:21:18! Might be a while before I start keeping up with you, especially here with your soon-to-be sub-1:20 time, but I'm sure it'll become consistent with practice.
