Null point is dependent upon recuperation air therefore we have to analyse the factors which affect the recuperation air..such as type of fuel ,burner position (once you change the burner position the cooling zone inside the kiln will change as a result it directly impacts the clinker temperature ) therefore Preheater fan generally doesn't play any role in null point..excess vent air will be taken by cooler vent fan. & remaining will be controlled by preheater fan .

@@Asnaniclasses_Cement thanks sir for your guidance. What is the relation between hood draft and null point?
First understand the concept of hood draft...the main function of it is to prevent the backfire of the burner flame if you increase the hood draft then the amount of vent air will increase but we want maximum air to go towards preheater side earlier we were maintaining -5mmwg but now days many plants are operating around -2 to -3mmwg again there is no correlation of hood draft with null point.. because hood draft mainly depends upon the kiln condition..in very dust kiln the maximum amount of input cooling air will escape by vent air fan .. therefore we have to design the cooler vent fan upto maximum volume.. generally when you take the kiln feed in the system the overall system will be pressurized because changes of kiln temperature and pressure profile across the preheater that directly impacts hood drafts after stabilizing the amount of recuperation air will increase. In short ,in very dusty condition the maximum amount of input cooling vent air will go towards the vent side. I will cover this topic in detail when I explain pyroprocess optimisation.

Yes Sir, we will wait for your Pyro optimisation video as well as WHRS optimisation
Will upload more videos in future kindly share the videos in plants so that maximum will get the advantage and also encourage so that they can subscribe to the channel . Because whatever content I am putting in it is not easily available on the internet. I am having practical experience that's why I am able to explain each & everything in very detail.
Very good
Sir ji ur most talented or intelligent person sir
Many many tqs for giving this information and also explanation
Very informative videos upload more process calculation videos...
Very useful.
Very informative
Thanks Sir..🙏

Sir, you are teaching us so good. Appreciable.
What is the role of Preheater fan in null point shifting? How does it impact on it?

Please upload video on duoflex burner and calculations and how we use 8 to 10 % burner air
👌👌👌
