ENGWE ebikes are definitely improving with every new model they make. It seems like in 2024 52v will be the new budget standard replacing 48v. No one should ever be looking at 36v systems anymore. eBike makers need to abandon 36v.
Love all the improvements for this model in 2024. I think that color looks more like peach than pink to me.
Looks like more ebike reviews as the weather starts to warm up! Hope to see more of these 52v ebikes and ones with even more power for this year. Hope prices keep coming down too. Thanks again for the great review!
Lighter, folding, stronger motor, seat post suspension, bigger breaks, color display, nice updates for V2. Love the pink color and the step through frame ( good for both boys and girls ). seems like a great folding ebike especially with the discount price of $800. Go level 5!!!!!! Is the stopping power good on this bike? Also, do you have to install the front rack to put the front headlight on. Or can you install the front headlight without the front rack?
Stopping power is adequate for the speed. If you hack the bike to go over 40mph, then it would need a brake upgrade. The headlight could be installed to the screws where the rack would be installed if you didn't want to use the rack.

Looked into the user manual but didnt come across an option for cruise control. It does have a "push assist" which is pretty useful

Looks like a reasonably comfortable ride, even going on the grass. Pretty quick too. I'm in the market for a cushy replacement seat for my excersise bike. Any suggestions are welcome. Happy e-biking everyone. 💺🚲😁
Daway has some nice covers that you can add to your existing seat.
I'm personally a fan of gel type seat covers but its all personal preference. REI has quite a different in stock, I'd recommend trying them out!
