To switch your Vicks NonContact Infrared Body Thermometer from F to C first hold SET button for 3 seconds until screen displays "Unit".
Press the MEMO button to change from F to C. Press the TRIGGER button to save the setting.
To use the Mute function, press the SET button quickly to turn sound OFF.
