U dont hav to do the whole sanctuary. U can just get the lamp so u can use ur items go out and die. Then go to eastern palace Safe maybe 40 or more secounds. But then u cant walk by the sanctuary or the music will start and u cant leave the screen (u hav to die) 🦆

I'm not 100% sure but I think that the reason the bar never shows up is because the flag for getting the bar on the screen is tied to having the braclet in your inventory before you get the bow and because you get the bow before the braclet (which is not the case when you play normaly) the flag for you to get the bar on your screen never triggers. The reason the bar never shows up when you buy anything else is because you tecnically already have the bar so the flag for getting it is removed. Again I'm not sure and this is just what I believe but it may be right.
I used a 3ds xl with a capture card from Delfinocustoms in the UK. If you live in the US I recommend trying to get one from 3dscapture.com but they are only in stock a couple days every couple months.
