@@Bsprecksfishing hard to say, I give the Joe baggs a slight edge. If I need more casting distance I’ll switch over to the largest tsunami sand eel, works phenomenal for large bass.
Hey Brian. I found someone's gear at mount sinai harbor. If you're that person, post a way to contact you so I can return it. The owner knows what he or she lost and if you can tell me I'll return it. North shore blues have been spring size so far. 🐊
In my next video I’ll ask if anyone lost anything there so I can help you return it. What tide have the gators been hitting at? On the sound? In the inlet? In the back? Thanks
If I’m fishing, a south shore inlet, I let them sink to the bottom and then burn them up to the surface and repeat. On the North Shore beaches, I start ripping them in the second they hit the water.
Have you been back out since you caught that 40" striper? How far can you cast with 1/2 oz bottom jigs with a Medium to MH pole rated 2 to 3 ounces on the low end?
2:33 I believe that’s a storm chug bug
Yeah I think
keep your jig strips in one of your leaders sleeves so you can save some space
I like that idea, thanks for watching!

Great Stuff brotherman. Do you do guided fishing sessions?
I’m thinking about it
B is pretty well established and successful! B for guide !!
Getting paid extra cash to go fishing?? Its a no brainer @@Bsprecksfishing. How do I get in touch? IG?
The bottle plug qorks justbas good in calmer water as well. I've had good luck with it
Gotta try that!
Love your videos. Your advice has helped me catch fish on the south shore! Thank you!
Glad to hear it! Thanks for watching!
Joe baggs sand eel is now a must in mine. I promise you when nothing else is working, this thing catches. Even landed some of my largest bass on it.
How does it compare to the old tsunami one

@@Bsprecksfishing the one con with the Joe baggs is casting distance, they do not cast great.
@@BaldyFade none of them do, is the hook on the topside or the bottom
@@Bsprecksfishing top side. I’ve had my best success with the white ones during day light hours.
Nice I plan on fishing every morning next week 5 days marathon though the moon
Let me know how you do!
@@Bsprecksfishing will do B, see ya out there! Look forward to the next video

Do you let those hoagies sink at all or do you start your retrieve as soon as it hits the water?

Hi what company leader wallet is that?
There’s a link to it in the video description
Great vidio. Just curious, no metal lips?
I have a few, don’t really use them much

I would use 1 to 2oz bottom jigs, and they can cast far but I normally fish them vertically off jettys or piers
Yeah I’ve been out since but haven’t caught anything
