So the kiss, while unexpected, was entirely within her character’s backstory. Especially now that House having a cancer diagnosis upped the stakes from his previous status of a chronic prescription drug abuser with a permanent leg injury and a coarse personality. The syringe was more unexpected than the kiss. When she kissed him everyone was like, “oh, right. Of course, he’s got cancer now. That makes perfect sense.”

It really depends on their attitude frankly. I've met doctors who looked great but were nothing, then doctors who looked like House but were amazing and top tier.
Because the patient is a brain damaged savant pianist. When he was a kid he was in a bus crash that basically kept him a child mentally for the rest of his life, but it also inexplicably made him a master piano player

Most people don't put as much effort into looking good at her age as she does. Hell she had a stripper scene and enjoyed doing it because she knows how hard she works on her body and liked showing it off.

Then maybe you should actually watch the show in it’s entirety. I keep seeing comments like this where people are watching only the clips. It’s really not a good way to watch the show. You aren’t getting very deep when you watch it that way.
Cameron and house would have been better written as FWB, one sided romance or Florence nightingale syndrome. Not a romantic relationship but still having dating history. They were just so poorly handled and written
