      It's almost 100% pure carbohydrates.
      Eating this is like pouring gasoline onto a fire - it will make insulin resistance, PCOS, diabetes, and obesity much worse.
      If you have insulin resistance or PCOS or anything like that, you need to keep your total carbs down below 20g per day.
      Just this one meal is over 30g carbs...
