Underrated show. Underrated toys. It's a more dynamic and better line of core figs than the 2012 show, the new live action films (although it's not hard to top that) and the 2007 film.
I like this this version of charakters,each Are more original appearance (example Raphael Is bigger than others, Donatello Is Skinner that others And things like that) Edit: i just saw 2 epizodes And Its stupid,but SO FUNNY
Playmate should definitely do a TMNT line with the classic mold with updated articulation, similar to what mattel is doing with their MOTU Origins line.

In this Ninja Turtles Raphael is leader. and Donatello have no special weapons. because he's not interested that special weapons he is his techno stick.
I hope they keep Raph as the leader. Leo's been the same boring, overly serious character for nearly every iteration of the turtles. With this show, both Raph and Leo can grow as characters without devolving back into the same boring stereotypes. I actually like this version of leo.
I just ran to walmart today and got the whole set...these are amazing figures!!! Great articulation and i always buy anything new that tmnt! I wasnt impressed by the new cartoon but the figures are a must! The new turtle tank also looks really cool!
I think the new show has its episodes, I liked the first one, and half of one of the others. I really like the shortened version cartoons are moving to lately. I find it easier to watch them, and I end up watching more.
Donatello did pass on the glowy weapon but that purple both staff is supposed to represent when Donatello click that button on his Tech bo staff to make it spin very fast
Well.. I'm not sure if I like the new show, but at least these figures seems pretty awesome! Although I don't like the idea of the changing roles and weapons -and personally I found some designs really disturbing..- perhaps the toy line might be very good. However, I prefer the older show ones, absolutely. Nice review!

Now, i can look forward to watching my fave heroes in a half shell with my stuffy, star and no, i am not weird for watching ninja turtles with a retired build a dog from build a bear workshop, every Monday though Friday. not just Sundays. i can't wait to see them in real life vs. looking at them though my mama's old computer screen. holding them on my hoofs. *smiles* and adding them to my ever-growing tmnt toy collection from 2012. Spoiler alert: In the first episode, Leo did have two swords but during the fight the villain broke both of his swords until he gets the magic sword.

Its really out there, but my kids and I have enjoyed watching it.
