2:44 For coring apples, if you don't have an apple corer, I recommend just cutting the apple in half, and using a melon baller to scoop out the core. The typical melon baller scoops out a ball that's exactly the size of an apple core. Try it and see if it doesn't work better.

working on this! stay tuned @@maryjuliachastain
Thank you! I've been watching you for a while, and finally decided to take the plunge and get an air fryer, and then the code doesn't work😂 @@ProHomeCooks
My husband works on the road and lives mostly in hotel rooms. He had fatty liver disease and type 2 diabetes… and I am trying to get him to get an air fryer and start cooking many of his own healthier meals. Would love a series of air fryer meals for adults (hotels/dorm rooms etc) love your content!!
That’s such a great idea! I would have loved to have had an air fryer in college.
Love this idea also ✨💗
I'd love that too. In the meantime look up Trucker Long Haul Cab cooking etc. Or Vanlife cooking or college dorm recipes
It’s fun having our life seasons match up a bit and really getting to enjoy the process together through these videos. Cooking as single, then married, then gardening, and now with kids. Life is amazing
we grow together!
The fact that you took the time to show us your precious children eating these foods is much appreciated..........
I had always heard people say their kids wouldn't eat broccoli but mine were born loving it well from the high chair. Kudos to you and all parents who get their kids eating healthily young.
My daughter's favourite snack from a young age was cocktail tomatoes and blueberries. Sometime between age 4 and 5 she declared that all vegetables and fruits are healthy ( I was trying to keep that a secret!) and therefor yuck! She keeps stating that she will only eat sweets! Luckily her favourite soup is broccoli. She will also eat carrots because everybody knows that bunnies eat carrots and bunnies are sweet. And of course, apples, because apples are unicorns' favourites. And pepper, aubergine and courgette when we allow it - because normally only adults eat those! Phew... I don't know how long I can keep up with the lies!!!!
FYI my child won't eat brocoli or cauli but will eat every other type of veg or fruit or even food in general, to imply that a parent isn't doing their best to feed their child healthy food just because they won't eat brocoli is very close minded
@@emmamendy170 Of course! They are such bizarre creatures, that change their preferences there times every day! We do what we can to stuff them with vitamins, giving any Banbury tale that we can! I don't think broccoli or cauli is necessary for surviving :D I hope you know I was not implying that!
@@agnespn3670our sense of tastes develops and changes a lot growing up. Especially younger children are more sensible to bitterness and tend to prefer sweetness. There is a reason why kids aren't eating lots of veggies.
@@gabrielenitti3243but not all kids dislike vegetables, I've eaten most of it even as a child, though some other products such as offal or cottage cheese were out of my meals
I work at a residential mental health resource for children/youth and this video was a life saver. Cooking for all the kiddos is usually a big production and quite time consuming. Please post more of your magical quick cooking hacks 🙏
Ever sinceI heard the Air fryer called an easy bake oven for adults I can't go back
Cars are just hot wheels for adults…. Have fun walking to work now.
If my granma had wheel... she would be a bike xD Oh god this meme so fun
Dang. Facts.
Omg I love that so much.
This comparison is actually what convinced me to finally buy one! They seemed too intimidating to me
I have to recommend something for potatoes in the air fryer. Sweet or regular. If you cut them into roughly the size you have them in this video, if you cook them super low (under 300 degrees Fahrenheit) first for about 15 minutes, then crank them up to 400 for another 10, they will be SUPER soft in middle and crisp up so much nicer. (you know your kids obviously, but I think you may enjoy this process better. It's a little longer, but I find it's like adding a blanching step without actually boiling anything.
I never use my oven anymore, only my air fryer. Please more recipes for us "older kids" too!! Thanks, Melaney from SoCal
OMG!! I remember coming across you and your brother starting out cooking from your box kitchen. And now look at you with your 2 lil darlings 🥰
As a senior eating very small vegetarian meals and getting an air fryer for Christmas, these are definitely good ideas for me. Particularly the small batches.
kids cooking also creates memories that inspire them to eat well and recreate family recipes
I'm loving the kid food content! I have two kids 8 and 6 and your ideas really help me incorporate more fresh food into our dinner rotations.
Please, keep on bringing whatever airfryer recipe you have. They're super!
This is so Wholesome and Informational! Everyone should try cooking with their children, its great quality time to spend that is also educational/constructive for future life skills! Plus they get to eat yummy food at the end!
Kids in the kitchen can be awesome! My own son was 3 when he began, now I have my grandson in the kitchen with me. Many practical lessons to be learned, also helps them appreciate their parents' time in the kitchen.
You are an impressive father. Your girls will have invaluable cooking skills!
Her smile when you told her "You did it!" is priceless
Your daughter is adorable. I hope she enjoys your love of cooking!❤
Well, this is perfect timing. I ordered an Air Fryer recently and it was just delivered yesterday!
Another idea I came across recently is using a tortilla, I use Siete because they are thin and crisp up nicely, fill and wrap and air fry for about 5-10 minutes
fillings can range from a simple cheese stick to, cooked meatballs ( mash them) mixed with cheese and marina sauce, combinations are endless. They make fantastic finger food and you can use so many dips too!
Do you roll it like a taquito or fold and slice like a quesadilla?
Would love to know more of what you cook … my husband works on the road and lives in hotel rooms. and the more ideas I can share with him the better.
@@KristinaKage roll them like a taquito! so sorry I forgot to mention that.
Thank you! Been waiting for you to do a kids themed video 😁
omg I got sooooooo excited when you mentioned your brother! Been watching you guys since your joint youtube days- hope he is doing well
I found this video pretty interesting because I’m Nigerian and we don’t make separate meals for kids. They get lots of snacks and juices in between but usually eat the same thing everyone is eating. Just a smaller size or whatever size will feed them…except little babies or infants
It's wonderful that you are making all that great food for your kids, and teaching them to cook.
Air fryer videos are Mike Gs best!
Frozen broccoli in the air fryer is a staple in our house! 👏🏻
Damn, I'm a 27 year old woman and I'm making these for ME!
Okay, absolutely love the fact that you've got a set of Pyrex primary color bowls in reach!
Awesomely video!! I, myself have two kids. A 3 year old and a 10 month old, and these meal ideas were great. My oven has an air fryer button but it’s not the same as having an individual counter top air fryer. Will definitely look into getting this one that you have! Getting it sent to the DR (we moved out here during pandemic) will be a challenge but worth it!
Btw, my husband and I really enjoy your videos! Keep them coming!
Loved the video. Your girls are adorable. Toward the end when u were talking about how kid friendly it is for kids cook with an airfryer, i realized its just like and easy bake oven! Ive been using an airfryer for 1 year and it has been helping so much
This video was awesome.
My go-to sweet potato seasoning is half brown sugar and half generic store-brand chili powder. It's a great mix of salty and sweet.
I LOVE yummy toddler foods blog! Everything that I’ve found in there has been amazing and super healthy. We ALL eat it 😊
Hey, those air fryer racks are a great idea. There’s been a few times when I was wishing for something like that. Just added them to my cart 👍
Great content! I've not considered making grilled cheese in my air fryer but will try it out.
Thanks, Mike! Love the new stuff. (also the old) ! Great video!
Aint gonna lie, since you showed us Air fryer video I couldnt resist and purchased my first Cosori. It's been a month and I just used the stove for the first time today LOL, Air fryer are SO convenient.
He also got me to buy a cosori last year and I use it almost every day
@@neffyg35 yessssir 😁
Mike, great video and the prize for Dad of the Year goes to you!
Thank you for the great odea with the cooling rack in the air Fryer
Looks good! THANKS for sharing this😊😊😊
I don’t know what I would do without my airfryer❤
Love the air fryer recipes! I wish I bought one with a square basket rather than a round one
You have beautiful kids bless you all have a wonderful Christmas.
mister has a coockbook and an whole thing to dehydrate food but not a core cutter - love the video's really do enjoy this
THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH! I have been struggling to find options for my 1.5 yo for daycare and dinner. Will give a go to all this options
I might've gotten an air fryer due to being inspired by you. I used to hate schnitzels unless they were fresh off the pan. Now I can reheat them! That's only the biggest bonus of course.
WOW! Thanks alot! my kids are so hard to please.... il be making alot of the things you put in the video❤
Man, I enjoy your content so much. Thank you!
As a new Air Fryer owner I think you for your tips and recipes!
Great ideas...I've been cooking with my grandson since he was about 2.5/3 (with LOTS of supervision) - he's coming up on 6 and will love some of these ideas. (BTW, we have the Cosori Dual Blaze that can be connected to and operated with the Amazon Dot/Echo - and he named the Air Fryer "Friar Tuck")
The wider temperature range of modern air fryers also makes them really good for quickly warming up bread products. Toss a handful of frozen fully baked rolls into the air fryer at 160F for a 15-20 minutes and you've got a bunch of warm and fluffy rolls.
Brilliant video, I’m going to try some of these recipes for my granddaughter! 😊
Your kids are adorable. I don't have any little people in my life right now (my youngest grandchild is 11) but I am all about healthy snacks.
What beautiful children!
Awesome thanks for the tips - air frying changed our dinner time routines when we had a kid :)
Love everything about this video!
Your kids are adorable and great eaters!
Just watched this today. Those kids are so sweet, I think I got cavities. Thank you for sharing
Incredible video, thank you so much!
Those kids are adorable.
Thank You For for the video. Definitely going to make the rice paper chips tomorrow.
Exactly what I needed 😎
OMG your kids are so cute 😊❤ they must eat so well!!!
Ahh finally a video for the viewers with kids!
Can you do a "15 minute meals even the kids will like?" Something that doesn't use the air fryer? I love your 15 min meal series but kids can be picky lol
Thank you for your videos. I have been watching your videos since when you started cooking in tiny skinny kitchen years ago. Your trial and success cooking is what hot me not afraid to try new things. Today, after watching this video, I bought my air fryer and sandwich cutter. Unfortunately your discount code did not work in France Amazon but never the less, I am thankful for this video.
duuuuuuuuuude this is GOLD MINE
The video I didn't know I needed!
I LOVE this video!!!
Thank you for this video!
Great video, great ideas and beautiful little ones ❤
"Ka-chip" at the end 😍 so cute
This is great!! Thank you.
thank you so much for all the ideas. I love using my air fryer. But I was curious if you could also do some microwave recipes since most people have microwaves.
COSORI has always been my go to brand for Air fryer due to the fact they work good and don't cost an arm and 2 legs. I agree more and more products have air fryer instructions gone are the days of looking up stuff on the net.
Thank you Mike for your great content!!! Could you pls tell us more about your popcorn seasoning? Greetings from Germany 🤗
Thanks to you, a real thank you, I have told my husband I want an air fryer again. 😉👍
You have a beautiful family. 😊
Great ideas! By the way your kids are adorable
Corsori here too pre covid with sous vide it great, was going to buy the Turbo Blaze last month, but went with their 11 in 1 ceramic Toaster oven 2 days ago, Bit bigger, say easy to clean, larger,,,, many shelfs etc...... Keeping the old one as it has saved presets my 84 mother uses and the new one is bit too advanced. and she bakes apple in it all the time.... but Air Sous vide worked, pizza,,,, and chicken is the way we make it but with some shake and bake with cornflake crumbs, Silicone works too etc etc....
i need to see how you wash your air fryer. mine is so hard to clean!
It’s the “for kids” that always draws me in when I don’t have time to watch a video hahah
Thanks for this
AMEN! this was the video!
Your kids are just too cute…lucky father🙇♀️💁♀️
Totally forgot about Kale chips! I've been buying my toddler those Seaweed snack sheets and those things are like $2 a pop. Mama gunna try those chips and the rice paper things too. Thanks for the tips. Love the channel. More of these kid videos would also be great. lol
I want to be your kid! All the stuff looks great! Love your show! ❤
I loveeeeee making homemade chicken nuggets in my air fryer❤ I use shake and bake mostly. Sometimes I add parm to it and yumm. I do so much in my air fryer. Homemade fries, nachos, Mac and cheese, etc. and use it to warm things up rather than use the microwave, like pizza. Best invention ever.
Love your content bro!
Blessings from Germany ❤
Great video... Great dad!
think you should start experimenting and adding stuff to that grilled cheese pockets like chicken, ham, ketchup, marinara, I have somewhere in the basement a sandwich press that was kind of designed for sealing those edges, I remember one time we were making some while some friends were over and he suggested ham, cheese, ketchup and relish, sounds weird but it was actually very good, he said they did those for themselves at work in a restaurant.
That was 😎. You’re a good Dad! 👍
That rice paper chip is crazy I had no idea that was possible 😱
I love your air fryer recipes. I am such a noob at it even though I've had it for almost a decade. My son, who is actually very well versed in the kitchen, uses the air fryer for 90% of the meals he makes for himself. Excluding soup and cold sandwiches. I usually bulk prep foods and freeze them and then he heats or reheat in the air fryer. He is 15 but he has been using it independently for probably 4-5 years and he's been using it more and more. Definitely a staple appliance for teens / college students.
So cute!
Do a part two! Moarrrr please :)
Yes, glad to see you feeding them fresh, wholesome food right from the start. We never gave my son an option on what he ate, and the only complaint I ever got was serving him broccoli and he asked "why did you cook it?"
I started my son on fresh and whilesome foods, and sadly.as he got older he developed some type of sensory problem with food. He would gag and throw up eating the things he used to love. Now he eats much more processed food because it's all he won't throw up. I never gave him the choice until there wasn't anything he could eat. There are still a few things he will eat that isn't processed like homemade tenders, fish sticks, and banana oat pancakes. Just know some of us free our kids what they will eat not out of lack of trying.
So adorable kids 💜💜💋💋🙏🙏
Which recent video contains the recipe for them cookies? I gotta make me some of those, they look great!
I'd like to see the cookie recipe
You can also use the grilled cheese method to make a snack. Just use chocolate chips/paste and peanut butter instead of cheese.
I am trying to wrap my mind on how you already have three children looking like you are 20!!!
