You can tell this couple is successful for a reason. Each one loves what they do, pours their heart and soul into it, and gives way more than anyone else. The doggie report card is one of those extra things that most people just wouldnt want the headache of doing. If they hire the right kind of people to work for them and pay competitve wages they will be able to keep their business thriving aurely

This is an adorable couple. Love seeing good ppl win! A suggestion for additional rev streams if they;re able to swing it: Contract out with a groomer that already has their own client list and basically pays them to use a space they've got. Or vertically integrate it and simply hire an employee who does dog grooming. They could also do something similar with a vet. If theyre in bad weather having an indoor dog park that ppl pay a membership for. A pet store with choice food/treats/toys... Training classes... Having everything "dog" under one roof I think is the way to maximize the potential of the market.
