I appreciate the detailed videos showing how everything works from this night drive and the daytime review. Does the sport chrono light up if you are using it at night?
@@MilesPerHr I found this on Rennlist for 911s so not sure if it applies to Caymans but maybe. Originally Posted by Mech33 View Post I wish I could turn it off completely at night. Is there any other brand? I’ve only driven Porsche for the last 40 years. Always the base model and always as a daily driver. Now I have this exact same car. It’s perfect and possibly my last Porsche. I’ll keep it until I’m done
First of all, love the vid 👍🏻👌🏻 Second of all, do you know how to activate the LED main headlights Porsche Dynamic Light System Plus (PDLS Plus) at night?
@@itguru2037 my dad has kept it at auto but at night it closes. Our objective is to keep the day light active during night time ..is there any method we can apply?
@@itguru2037 Can u elaborate further by sending me an image or video so that I can understand what exactly should I do? If u can't send me the video or the image on this platform can I forward u my email address and then u can forward me the desired information please
How are they different..? Maybe I’m missing something, but I drove a 718 GT4 every day for 3 years, and they look exactly the same to me (but admittedly just going by my memory here…).
Car is nice looking and I definitely love the color, however once inside, it reminds me of an Audi TT in terms of space and visibility; I find it very claustrophobic. I would probably test drive this vs an Audi TTs or TTrs to see if the extra $$$ is worth it. According to Porsche, the average Porsche buyer spends close to $30k on options! Infiniti Q60Rs is a distant 3rd option and a closer 3rd option is a BMW 440M or Z4M 440i.
It's definitely subjective; a sports car should be minimalist. I've driven a Cayman before, I'm 6'1", it's plenty comfortable enough. Even if it feels claustrophobic to you, it's not at all cramped, instead being nice and cozy.
You are obviously talking about regular daily driving duties. The GTS, GT4 have much better driving dynamics as well as the mid-engine balance. For me, the TTRS is a fast daily and all weather option, but not the car of choice if you intend on driving at 8/10ths and above.

Good question! I didn't try to use it at night, but I certainly hope it does.

Real nice, calm drive. Admittedly though.. those roads are awful straight and wide. Not really suitable for taking advantage of this kind of car.
My favourite car brand Porsche 😀😀

@@itguru2037 very nice 😄
7:07 😍😍😍
The cayman looks handsome and cute
The only ASMR content I will ever watch will be car related ones. This is beautiful.
718s with a proper 6-cylinder do really sound amazing.
Great video milesperhr
Thank you!
0-60 seems a bit quicker than 4.2sec ;)
Should be around 3.6s with the pdk
what's the name of the song?

Sounds like a 2 litre diesel in the beginning.
It actually does have a diesel ticking sound when idle and up until about 50mph. Annoying.
Tick, tick, tick, tick, tick, tick….
What's the name of this song at 10:47 ?
Not sure the song name but it’s off the Streambeats Hip Hop Playlist on Spotify. Harris Heller is the artist.
