Nay nowadays most hex perks activate when the other is destroyed,i only know this because ive seen 6 killers do this both hex devour hope and that of the ones active before the gates open all on all it depends more or less on the perks activation time and WHEN it actually kicks in. Its why some hexes only activate when a certain level of progress is made just to give one example.@Kfadro

my all time favorite build is adrenaline, Lithe, Finesse and a flex perk, ace in the hole if im going for items, blast mine if im going for trolls, WoO if im going for loops, anything really works just depends on my mood.
For build three, swap “botany knowledge” for “for the people” to get extra value out of it
Self Care is used alot because teammates are not the easiest to find unless you're running the perk Aftercare.
The problem with Aftercare is that alot of trolls sometimes work with the killer to get a free escape or run towards me while being chased.
My go to survivor build is Deception, Head on, Windows and Off the record. I love trolling with the lockers

As a Claudette main, we actually play nancy (nanceh) most of the time but we always use those perks Nancy showcased
Now you can replace Botanic Knowledge with Strength In Shadows for extra pain.

Hey, I got a new pain build: resilience, no mither, stakeout, hyperfocus. With medkit skill check add ons.
I evolved it from my Nurse Lisa build, the nurse who could heal everyone but herself. Also Sable's Weaving Spiders, I had calm spirit attached and only did it at 2-3 gens.
I'm a full Sable, Haddie and Elodie main

I run healing perks and just heal survivors in like 5 seconds its great when ur buddy goes down and the killer dosent pick them up right away

Not a Bill main but can relate. Except I use boil over instead of Tenacity. Sometimes i like using Tenacity tho. Interchangeable meme build.

That David has literally no perks that help him except no mither because he can’t heal and inner strength doesn’t work when broken
I just prestige the character that has the perk I want and use the survivor I think looks neat...
