Normally, I don't watch much of a sleep-related video, it's just the first 15 seconds or so while I get my Bluetooth volume sorted, then I go dark screen. The exception I always make is when you have a skit at the beginning of your videos. They're funny and put me in a good space before I try to go to sleep. If I've had a really rough day I will choose one of these because it short circuits the difficulty I've experienced during the day and helps my mind reset.

hello, I watched one of your videos tonight, and it gave me the strength to cancel my leave of absence from my job. Your hands are so big and strong and I feel so supported by your kind words. Sometimes I feel like my family does not love me anymore and my dad has been dying a horrible death from a rare illness for over 1.5 years now; he cannot speak or move.
