A condition is a pre-existing factor,that can't be changed once it happens. It becomes part and parcel of the item in question and may affect a contract (the car you want to purchase was involved in an accident some years ago)while a warranty is applied to the subject matter of the contract. (Any disfunctionality after buying a fridge we will cater)
