sorry to be offtopic but does anyone know of a way to log back into an Instagram account? I was stupid forgot my password. I love any help you can offer me!
@Andres Justus thanks so much for your reply. I got to the site through google and I'm in the hacking process now. Takes a while so I will get back to you later with my results.
Got a question~ if i want to cite legal sections in the RULE part~ like copy paste~ to avoid writing anything stupid ~do i put them in italics/ or should i just use citation 'marks' like Consumer Guarantees s 274 - 'liabilities of manufacturer to seller of defective good' or should use both italics/ and citations 'marks' like in harvard referencing style?
Thanks for the video it's really helpful but honestly speaking I want to do law and I would ask help for some of questions asked in pre entry exam . Please someone to help
Hey Larry! I just did a torts exam and one of the discussion questions caught me off daughter. The facts were centered around negligence per se. One of the discussion questions clearly was applicable to negligence per se. However, the second question didn't seem applicable to that doctrine, so I defaulted to common law negligence, which also didn't seem to work. Do you have a Skype or a verbal way I can discuss this fact pattern and question to you? I don't see how any of the negligence doctrines could apply to the second question, but again why would the professor specifically ask a question that really would fail under negligence?
Danke Herr Larry!
THIS IS SO HELPFUL THANK YOU & GOD BLESS
Great Video! Should the essay facts be written in past or present tense when stating the facts?
Thanks Larry, really really useful : ) Hope you can do more of this type of video in the future ; )
Thank you, all 1L students should watch this. Please do more videos like this with a more complex analysis.
