Im surprised this was in 1990 because her voice became richer in depth this same year in January when she performed in Japan
Well this was after that in March 1990. She does look like her 80s self here but she didn’t really change her look til much later that year. And she was ill in Japan so that could’ve contributed to her sounding a bit different.
