1:54 - I've watched this clip plenty of times now, but just noticed this. Jihyo was the one who encouraged Somi to stay on the stage as they celebrated TWICE's win. :o
I definitely could've understood Somi wanting to stay, but she motioned to actually leave the stage after celebrating a bit. It's extra meaningful that Jihyo, as leader, decided to include Somi given that they all trained together and have a LONG history.
In a way, maybe Jihyo recognized Somi's efforts and shared the spotlight with her--that they both made it, in their own separate way.
And, for ONCE's, have this parallel universe of TWICE as OT10. :p

There's no doubt that Somi is *the* unofficial 10th member of Twice, and while it would've been great for her to have been a member, I think it was better for her own personal growth to break out as a solo artist, under a CEO that clearly cares about fostering and mentoring her into somebody with confidence in their artistic decisions.

I think we can all agree that Somi is 100% the unofficial 10th member of Twice. She already fits there it doesn't even feel weird when she's with them. Somi as a Twice member makes so much sense.
