somi’s story is a diamond in the rough story. this girl has been through a lot from being on sixteen (and sadly not being a part of twice), winning produce 101, going through a group disbandment twice, being a part of itzy, but then leaving jype to peruse a solo career, and then debuting with black label! she is honestly one of my favorite soloist and i hope she gets the recognition she deserves! keep in mind she’s been in the industry since she was 13 and is currently 19!

The group was planned to debut on end of 2018 but after somi left, the debut got delayed and then the official itzy debut in Feb 2019.
