I decided to buy this model as I felt my Jack Lalane juicer was producing a lot of waste, and taking too much counter space. My former juicer was speedier, but I learned of the benefits of using a cold press juicer and decided to give this one a try. Thus far, I really love it. I also appreciated this video. It was brief, but handled all my questions. Thanks!

Very nice video advertisement by an affiliated employee of the company that sells this machine for commission profits.
    1. Apple gets stuck in the auger, then video cuts and she says she's glad it doesn't get stuck.
    2. Food not feeding through the auger, then the video cuts and she says it's feeding through nicely and not getting stuck.
    3. Shows wet and soggy pulp, then says the pulp is 'pretty dry'.
    4. Feeds lettuce into the auger, but hardly any juice comes out.
    5. Holds up juice bowl, but hides the measuring scale on the other side so you can't see how little juice came out.
    6. Pours the juice into a cup and only fills it half way, which means it only gave about 4 ounces of juice for all that food.
    7. Starts to take apart machine to show how clogged it got, then video cuts and clearly shows most of it was removed already.
    8. Starts washing the parts, then speeds up video to make it seem like less work.
    9. Video cuts several times before moving onto next part, so it seems like it was easier to clean.
    10. Video cuts several times when cleaning the screen to give impression it wasn't more difficult, which is typical of low end value juicers.
    11. End scene 'post-cleaning' shows a perfectly dry machine, which means that scene was filmed before even using it.
    12. Mentions link in the description for her affiliate commission profit referral 'discount' on Amazon, which has 30% negative reviews.
Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed watching this video, even though I know it will be removed from the comments by the channel owner to avoid influencing anyone to see through the false advertising of this product and lose any potential customers.

Just tried mine for the first time. What a delight!!! It was so quiet, I felt it was coaxing the juice out of its pulp. And the pulp too was notably less than before. It took minutes to juice a whole bunch of celery. Was surprised that the manual instructs to cut celery to 2-3cm bits. I did about 2" and it was just fine. Handled the leafy bits too. Great value for money!!!

Just a heads up drinking versus eating fruits and veggies are two very different things. One they have been juiced they have a higher sugar content and now they will have to be processed once again in your own body. Not an incredibly high difference, just something to keep in mind to help on your weight loss journey.

Wish she would have played it through while juicing rather than cutting the tape, so we could see exactly how long it took, how much produce was needed to create that much juice, what the process was, etc. Also would've been nice to squeeze the pulp so we could see if there was actually any juice in it. Another video she compares this one to another juicer and says the pulp is wet in that video. Clearly an amazon affiliate giving skewed reviews for profit.

I bought one and it was fine for about 1 month. Then the auger started flaking off pieces of the black material into the juice. No phone for customer service, only email and I emailed 3 times and finally got a response. I had asked for a return address to return the juicer as it has a 1 year warranty. As of now they have still not responded back with a return address and I would be very BEWARE of this company and the quality of the product. Cheap is not always the best and it's made in China.

If you bought it via Amazon, in a case like that, I'd just call them and let them know what's happened.
Even if it's a bit outside the return window, if you know how to deal with them, you can get them to provide a return on it. They can't "replace" it, but they would give at least a "credit" on your account for the next purchase. However, the only way that you can use these credits is by buying that is
SOLD AND SHIPPED by Amazon. Not Sold by XYZ and Fulfilled by Amazon.

We actually just used ours today and I have to say, it's very impressive!
We only did beets and it was fast, quiet and the pulp was pretty dry.
For fun, we put the pulp back through and it actually got a few more drops out of that.
We're going to make things with pulp.
We have a food dehydrator and will run some tests to see if we can make snacks and perhaps doggie treats.

It's weird how sometimes shipments get messed up.
I only order from Amazon as I trust them when/if there's a problem.
I have had some stuff that didn't even ship after 1 week, when I KNEW it was at the warehouse. In those cases, I've called Amazon support and they always say, "we'll try" but literally, every time this has happened (not often) 2 to 3 hours later, I get a notification that the thing has shipped! LOL
Now, for this machine, I ordered is on 02Mar2023.
It arrived today and it's already set up in its new home.
Now, to learn how to use it without destroying it. LOL

Nah. We used to have one of those spinning disk juicers and now we have this one.
We find that this produces as much juice (if not a bit more) but WITHOUT the pulp in the juice. Also, if one wants to, they can take the pulp that comes out and throw it back in and maybe get a few more drops out of it.
Plus, the little cylinders of pulp that come out, put into a food dehydrator make nice treats for us and doggie doodles.
Also, right now, we just made juice with beets, carrots and celery.
The cup filled right up to the top.
Hubby is right now, making muffins, using the delicious pulp, right now.
      Yummmy.
For us, THIS machine works way better than the one we had before.

@@ajaytranter2655 I just checked that out. It looks very interesting. I like the vertical form of it.
I also noticed and like that wider opening. hmmmm.... perhaps if ours breaks down, we'll get one of these.
      Thanks for that info!
I'm noticing the masticating auger in it and frankly, it looks exactly like what's in the one we have, only vertical where ours is horizontal.
Either way, masticating is the only way to go.
We just made a juice with beets, carrots and celery.
I hesitated on adding the celery as I'm not a fan of that sharp flavor.
But my husband said to put it in and give it a chance. LOL
Well dang it anyway if he wasn't right again.
This is so delicious. I really have to get back into making/drinking juices again, avoiding whatever else the juice companies put in theirs.

@@BlondieSL yeah as I say the most important thing is having one that works best for you.. any juicer is better than buying processed juice from the shops just full of poison with a healthy label .. I will try to add that in my juice as well see if I like it
