    After watching 5 years of smashed burgers this is a great old school way to cook a burger thanks for breaking down the temperatures to on when to throw it over the Open Flame

    That. Is an awsome looking burger! I made some similar last weekend. I smoled the burer just like you did on the Weber 22" with some Pecan wood. I topped mine with some local made Pimento Cheese and AFS Bacon. I also made a simple burger sauce. It turned out great!

    That looks so tasty! I agree, keep it simple and enjoy the taste of the meat. I would probably put some caramalized onions on it. 🤤 Why did you use 85-15 instead of 80-20? Availability? Keep making this amazing content, cheers!

    Hello Rye, if you want to taste the burger that doesn’t need sauce make yourself an Oklahoma Onion burger. It’s currently my favorite to make at home.
