Hey I'm really sorry you're struggling. I was in a similar place for about 30 years. and in fact, still have some tough days but you know what the difference is? a tough day comes as a result of a legitimately understandably rough situation. whereas before... it was just so much despair, for "nothing." it wasn't nothing. it was repressed unresolved trauma. you may have a similar experience. I hope maybe some of the things that helped me could help you. Find mentors/teachers/doctors. Do meditation and yoga and other physical practices if you want. Journal. therapy is non-negotiable, once a week. forever if needed. I'm 3 years in.
Everyday I battle this struggle of caving in but Im constantly reminded through Jesus that I can get through❤this ...I choose to keep my Faith versus throwing it away again❤.
I'm crawling through my own personal pain feeling like I'm not going to make it, but with these reminders I know I have to keep going. I can't stop because it's not in nature. Thank you for these precious moments of inspiration ❤️🙏

Although I haven't lost anyone or anything thru conflict, and I haven't fell foul of bad circumstances in life, I have had many challenges that I have had to overcome and carry onto the next fight. You survived for so long, it shows that you are strong even if you don't feel strong right now, but the truth is you are strong, if someone else went through what you went through it are going through, they wouldn't have survived this long, they would have thrown in the towel and exited the "stage". It's OK to feel tired of this hell, because you feel like you have given everything you have in you but I know tomorrow you will wake up and pick up your sword and armor and fight another day. You won't just go "out" like that... So, rest a bit, lick your wounds and get up the next day, fight another day, You are almost there. 🖤
