Being alone sucks. Why is solitary confinement still a punishment in prison? My mother told me she didn't want me because I look too much like my father and that I'm ugly. I was forced to join the military because the day of my high-school graduation which no one attended she was kicking me out. I graduated bootcamp no-one showed to my graduation. I did 20 years in the military, retired and no one to share my accomplishment. To this day I run marathons and or friends to clap at the finish line. I don't have any family or friends to deflect any pain I have. At least to distracted from all the pain. Being alone for so long has me overthinking because I'm constantly living in mu head. It's like a form of schizophrenia but I actually know those voices are my thoughts and words torturing me and not some make believe person.

The reason why I am looking at the past it's just for introspective purposes in order to not repeat that bulls**t again... nothing else, this is why I look at it!

I have seen real monsters. Iv been dead a couple times. Most have no idea, what a monster is. They have only seen movies, or read books. Real monsters are waiting for us all.

I have done everything possible which included cashing in my 401k for a down payment for a car. Wasn't enough.....I'm at the end of my life & I will have peace in what's left...these videos NAIL what is going on with 3 of my family members. The state of our relationship is THEIR FAULT --NOT MINE....I'm not doing it anymore. They can work it out with their therapist after I'm dead....

No wish for revenge...that is not me....I go into silence and isolation for my own rest and recovery- we all need recovery and do it in our own way. If someone causes you stress you have to retreat until you either have the strength to deal with it or the strength to ignore it. 🙏
