Yeah I can go to the PSN store at any point in time and find some good titles with good deals attached. Every time I visit the Nintendo shop I'm actually appalled at how much they are charging and how terrible their "deals" are.
Why would you wait? If you wanted a game that much you’d buy it at launch. You can also shop around for deals, the eshop isn’t the only place to find deals you know.
Feels like the last few years have been disappointing for black Friday deals. I remember in 2016-2020 I'd get a stack of 6-7 games for around 100$. Now a lot are just 20% off.

Man if they wanted the record for highest selling console, like man friggen drop an oled with like the best of the best games for 350. Zelda, wonder, odyssey, mk8, splat3. Like make that bundle irresistible.
You realize they already have that record in the bag they ain’t worried about that anymore it was at 146million + as of September and from September til December is their biggest sales period which will see additional 5-7 million switches sold so come March when the switch turns 8 it will pass the 155million mark and if you want to go by revised number of 160million then that will happen by next Christmas if not before guaranteed! 🤷♂️

I live in Norway and from what I've heard about Black Friday in America is that it only last for one day, that one Friday. If that's the case, it's no wonder UA-cam is filled with crazy shopper videos about Black Friday in America. Here in Norway you will never see Black Friday videos like that because here Black Friday lasts for a whole week. I now Sweden it also last for a whole week but can't speak of other countries but I imagine that Black Friday last for a whole week all over Europe because I've only seen insane Black Friday shopper videos from America. Yes we do! Every time I buy a new handheld, the FIRST thing I seek out is a good quality screen protector. The “onn” wal mart brand glass ones are actually pretty good, much better than what comes with the zip cases.
You guys should know by now that Nintendo does not reduce their prices. They have openly stated that. They said they don’t want customers to wait for a lower price. They want people to buy NOW so they don’t allow their stuff to be put on sale. That said, about 2 weeks ago, I saw Five Nights at Freddy’s on sale at Walmart for only $10. I was tempted to get it but the Switch is my daughter’s and she begged me NOT to get it because it’s too scary for her to play. So I left it. 🤷🏻♂️
In Canada Nintendo games very rarely go below $50 regardless of the sale, I know it does happen but it's not common at all, we always pay the Plumber Premium

I recommend Animal Crossing New Horizons. The DLC alone is worth it. You have no idea who I am so you don't care what I think, and I equally don't care if you play it, but you're missing out.
I don’t know why people care that Nintendo keeps ringing out the Mario kart 8 Deluxe Switch bundle? People forget that if they already own a Switch or Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, then they are not the target audience. It’s for those that don’t own a Switch in my opinion I don’t think that Mario kart bundle is a bad deal, especially when you compare it to Sony and Microsoft and at least you’re getting a really good game.
If I’m one of the big three systems, I’m selling the console for as cheap as I can feasibly do. Xbox and Sony are still essentially where they are, so their discount can be a little less drastic, but Switch, sell that bad boy as cheap as you can for the bare system and then like 50 bucks over that for a 1st party game of your choice and 6 months of the top level of the subscription service. I would theoretically buy an oled if it was impossible to pass up. Systems are a loss leader anyway, just go ham, sell the piss out of the systems to the point there is a shortage of them, make them cheap so people buying them aren’t super mad when the 2witch shows up.
I don’t understand how they are saying there’s a deal on the oled and regular switch, the prices have been $299 and $349. Nintendo should be marking those down $50 for each especially since they have a new console coming out soon..
I view their prices to be less flexible because unlike Sony and Microsoft, Nintendo has 1 business. The other two are highly diversified. Sony is in finance and banking for example.
This is exactly the problem with this. Everyone already has these games if they find them interesting. Nobody wants an old console if there is a new one on the horizon. We are all stocked up on as much Switch stuff in our house as we're going to get until the new one hits. This holiday is basically useless as far as Nintendo goes (as much as I love their games). Also, they've been royally pissing me off with all their ridiculous litigation lately, so I have zero additional good will for them right now. I'll still pick up a Switch 2 later, but I really am at the bottom of the barrel for how motivated a typical fan of Nintendo could be right now. I'm not usually (maybe still not) someone that wishes misfortune on anyone, but it ALMOST feels like Nintendo needs to suffer some kind of setback to put them in their place a little bit. I mean they've definitely earned their success, but just in the last year or two it seems like they're just pushing as many buttons as they can, and behaving like they're the only game in town and people should do things their way or the highway. I'm this close to just not caring about them anymore. I just love many of their first party games. I just switched to Linux on my game PC though because Microsoft finally pushed me far enough with recall, requiring live accounts, hiding methods to disable things, etc. They proved that I can eventually be pushed beyond what I find acceptable. Couldn't be happier! Steam with Proton components has been nearly flawless for me for PC games so far. Nintendo is getting pretty close to that pushing me far enough to ditch them too.
My God Nintendo, listen to us. MAKE MORE MARIO MAKER 2 DLC!!! Most replay value of any game and you just decide to end it there? More enemies, more Yoshi colours, better leader board, another style like WAKE UP!! and do it. Charge me $9.99 for it even, I don’t care. Started playing again after a year and just had no desire to finish fishing or bug catching like I normally do. Say if you played animal crossing in the past you probably don't need this one but it was a decent version in the series. I'm still sold that the GameCube had the best version
So glad im in the V1 crew🎉
definitely not a Nintendo youtuber
It’s ok, you can sell them for 50$ after.
So far Black Friday is sounding disappointing. The two games I wanted to see go on sale was Princess Peach Showtime and Super Mario RPG. Hopefully the individual stores will still have deals on them but I have my doubts after watching this.
RGT definitely not a people person. Ironically thanks to those same people, he has a job.
$70 is not the most expensive game they ever made Earthbound was $80 back in the day so with inflation it would be even more! Many n64 games were $80 as well that's why Playstation did so well back then with CDs.
They should have thrown Metroid Dread in there for 29.99.
Nintendo needs to bring back their Nintendo selects or players choice aka cheaper highly sold switch game price cuts.
Holy Cow! Some real news that really matters.
Love the new direction
I too find the whole black friday thing pretty disgusting.
The Best Nintendo UA-camr 🤌🏻🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Should I get the Kirby game?
