The plaintiff isn't a dumb girl. Soon as JJ told her to stop saying "YUP" she immediately stopped even though I know it was hard, growing up normalizing that word to every day use. Like muscle memory of the tongue, but glad she didn't use it after she was reprimanded. She was also bright enough to specify the party into the agreement. I think she's the type of person who would think everything ahead and include it in writing so she could back up whatever she claims. Nice job

JJ annoyed me here. This plaintiff was so prepared, answered only what she asked, was respectful.. then she pulls her up for "me and my friend" not "my friend and I". Now, usually it wouldn't bother me, but she allows people to say it the other way all the time, she was just looking for a reason to tear the plaintiff down. She likes her guests to be all the things this plaintiff was, but even that doesn't appear good enough. She was nitpicking.
