Two things I knew you were going to do, one use smoked Paprika and the other is to add another 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese 😂🤣 I love watching your videos you make cooking fun!
I made the corn for dinner tonight. It was SO good, I was spoon eating the sauce from the tin foil 😄 I used the Mexican Crema, Tajin, and I measured the Parmesan cheese with my heart 😁

Then puts the melted butter and parm on it and salt and pepper in a big bowl and coats it good. and cooks it on the grill! It’s real good! This looks so good!! I’ll try it!

Amy did you do a canning video on the BBQ sauce? Got the recipe from when you made it last year but would love to know your process for canning it so I can always have this on my shelf!
Shirl I simply put it on clean and boiled jars. The sauce was hot too. Then I put the jars in a water bath with avout 1 inch water on top. I used the same hot water I had boiled the jars in. Let them cool totally in that hot bath and as long as the jars are sealed I stored them. Mine lasted for a year. Maybe would have longer but I used mine before then.
